GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for the maintaining the cleanliness of assigned buildings/facilities and grounds at Corporate Office. Cuts and maintains lawns, and/or grass. Rakes and maintains leaves, plants, flowers, trees or shrubs. May be expected to make basic repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, understand and carry out written instructions.

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years in janitorial work required.

A valid driver license required.
