GENERAL FUNCTION:

Ensure that accounting policies, procedures and internal controls are met with integrity and within the objectives set forth by management. Provide general support and valuable information to company executives, including managers and directors, for them to make sound financial decisions for the smooth running of the organization. May perform various ad hoc functions that may be assigned, such as researching, summarizing data/analysis, and analyzing requests.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with an emphasis in accounting with 2-4 years related experience. Must be proficient in excel spreadsheet. Some travel required.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Process and ensures accuracy of bi-weekly payroll for 700 plus employees

2. Process monthly payments to vendors.

3. Process monthly payments to vendors Prepare and submit vouchers to the U.S, Department of Labor.

4. Prepare tax reports.

5. Perform accounts payable.

6. Enter accounts receivable for non-electronic receipts.

7. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

8. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
